1. Where do you ship to?



While most of our customers are based in the UK and Europe, we do ship to the US and other selected countries. We try to expand this to other nations where possible but there are some places where we simply cannot deliver or where the costs or risks of doing so make it impractical.



2. My order hasn't arrived



If you have placed an order with us that hasn't arrived it is advisable to ensure the email address you have provided is accurate and that you have checked all relevant spam and trash folders for any messages from us. We will always try to contact you by email in the first instance if there are delays to your order. In some cases, items can become unexpectedly unavbailable, in these rare cases we will comunicate with you to either arrange for a replacement, wait for the item to return to stock, or offer a refun for that product. In instances where multiple items have been ordered and only one is unavailable, we will send out whatever we can to avoid delays and inform you of the delayed product by email.



3. I ordered something I no longer want



Unwanted items can be returned to us in accordance with applicable UK distance selling regulations, but please be aware that due to health and hygience concerns they need to be in their sealed packaging. We cannot and will not accept return of used or opened items. In all instances, it is vital that you make contact with us either through your BlokeToys account or by email to notify us of the need to return an item as the return address and accompanying notes need to be confirmed with you.



4. The item I bought is faulty



For any faulty items contact must be made as soon as possible either through your BlokeToys customer account or by email, providing as much information about the problem as possible. In most cases it can be resolved very easily with return or the item for repair or replacement. Many items sold by BlokeToys come with a guarantee from the manufacturer who will be happy to assist you directly.



5. Something I want is out of stock



Items ocasionally become unavailable as stock in the UK runs low, we regularly receieve new items and replenish stock of the most popular products but there can sometimes be a delay. We would recommend signing up to the Newsletter as we often announce the return of popular items through this medium. You can also click on the link on the product page to be notified when an item returns to stock.



6. Will anyone know what I ordered?



Please be assured that your privacy and security is vitally important to us as a business. Unlike some other adult companies out there, we will never put our brand on the outside of any packaging, and we will never leave any marks or indications on any package we send to a customer. Your items will arrive with you in a plain package, securely closed, with no indication of what is inside or where it came from.



7. I can't find aromas (poppers) on your site



Unfortunately, we have never been able to sell aromas (aka poppers) through the site. This is because we chose to use PayPal for our checkout process and they have strict rules regarding the sale of certain items. In addition, the UK government is in the process of making the sale and distribution of these items a criminal offence in the UK. There are retailers selling these items, but in April of 2016 this will end for all UK adult retailers regardless of the companies they choose to operate with.



8. Is your site secure?



Absolutely. BlokeToys.co.uk is secured using SSL (you can check this using the icon in the address bar at the top of the browser). Every page on the BlokeToys site is secured using this internet standard. Secure Sockets Layer means that every page of the site is encrypted as data is transferred from from our server to your browser, and back again. The checkout process is managed by PayPal, who also have the tightest security implementation possible.
