For damaged/faulty items:

Please contact us at the earliest convenience by emailing robbie@bloketoys.co.uk or through the website messaging system through your registered account, describing the problem you are experiencing and providing us with as much information as possible.

Many of our items come with a warranty from the manufacturer, we are happy to assist you in any way possible with processing a refund, repair or a replacement.

For items unwanted:

Items must be returned to the following address within 28 days of receipt, in their original sealed packaging.

Please include the following information:

Order reference number on the enclosed paperwork. Your full name and address. A note explaining the reason for return.

In instances where the customer has chosen to return unwanted items the customer is liable for any costs of returning. Customers must only return unwanted items using recorded delivery methods, for your security and ours. Items returned to us and lost in transit without evidence of being in the possession of Royal Mail or another provider may not be refunded to the customer.

For undelivered items:

On the rare occasion when an order is returned to us after delivery to the customer has failed, we will attempt to contact the customer to advise them of this. The customer then has the choice of arranging for a second delivery attempt from us, which may incur an additional delivery charge to the customer.

The customer may also request a cancellation of the order and a refund. In this instance the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications related to the sale of adult goods, for the goods to be returned if they are not faulty the following terms have to be met.

   

* The goods must be unused.
   

* The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
   

* Where applicable, goods that are not heat sealed in their original packaging cannot be accepted as returned unless obviously faulty.
   

* Items supplied in sealed packaging and then opened cannot be returned unless faulty
   

* Goods must be received back no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
   

* Lingerie and items of clothing (including leather goods) are non-exchangeable.



If we suspect that an item has been used or if any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer.
