1. UK delivery
UK shipping is free for most items. Products with a significantly lower price range may include a specific delivery price to cover costs. For most products UK delivery is registered and tracked, for lower cost items the most affordable option may be used for your convenience.
2. Next Day delivery
We offer Next Day delivery on many items to UK addresses. Please order before 2.30pm to use this service.
3. International delivery
We deliver internationally to selected countries, which can be found in the checkout drop-down list. This includes the United States. Delivery of items takes 3-7 business days. This delivery time may be extended for specific items such as BuddyBate merchandise, which may be print-on-demand. In most instances items will be shipped using a tracking service, but for smaller items of lesser value a more affordable option may be used.

Your security and privacy is as important to us as it is to you. We will never send any products in anything but secure and plain packaging. All items are securely packaged and boxed with no indication of what is inside.
